If you have names of families in need of a Christmas basket please see Beverly Dampier.  Please see the enclosed list of food items needed. 

From the trustees: we have several children that need sponsored in our community for Christmas.  On the Christmas Tree in the foyer are  Angels with the child’s age, sex, clothing sizes and /or gift ideas.  Please take the Angels and bring the gifts to church by the 20th.  Thank you for helping children in need this Christmas. 

December is Lottie Moon Foreign Mission Month.  Please pray about how you can help support this special offering.

Today:  The final performance of  “One Small Child” by the Pomme De Terre Community Choir is today at 3 p.m. at  the Hermitage Care Center.  Come and enjoy this wonderful celebration of our Lord’s birth. 

December 12th:  DCASB Caleb’s Friends Annual Christmas Dinner at 10:30 a.m. at the Louisburg Lions Club Building.

December 13th:  Kids Christmas Program, “Jingle Bell Beach” at 6 p.m.  Please sign up to bring finger foods.  Please invite friends and family to this fun program.  This is  the last Wednesday night children’s ministry until January 10th.

December 20th:  Youth Christmas Party, please see James or Jennifer for more information.

December 25th:  Merry Christmas!

December 31st: Food Pantry, Clothing Collection and Operation Christmas Child Change Collection. 

Remember, during inclement weather, if Skyline (Hickory County R-1) cancels school, all activities for that day and evening are also cancelled.  On the weekends the trustees will come to a consensus about cancelling church and will announce any decisions through the Call-Em-All, on the church website and on our Facebook page.  If you aren’t signed up through for this please see Heather Stidham or Beverly Dampier.
