Upcoming Events and Information March 9th, 2025
We will be voting on a by-law addition today at the business meeting. It is as follows: “To be a voting member, an active church member must attend a minimum of two services per month”.
We will be voting on a job description, benefit package and pay for the Associate/Youth Pastor at the March 9th Business Meeting.
Today: Business Meeting after worship.
March 11th: DCASB Ladies Ministry week three of the seven week long Bible Study, here 9:30-11:30 a.m. All ladies are welcome!
March 16th: Meeting after worship to discuss the City of Urbana Easter and Vacation Bible School. If you can help with the Easter Event or VBS please see Beverly. Please remember, “many hands make light work”.
March 22nd: DCASB Brotherhood Golf Outing at 10 a.m. at Dream Valley Golf Course. Please contact Brother Terry at 417-733-2608 to register or for more information. The cost is $35 for 18 holes and a golf cart.
March 27th: DCASB Caleb’s Kids at Mt. Pleasant at 10 a.m.
March 30th: Fifth Sunday Carry –In Lunch after worship. Please use the sign-up sheet if you will be bringing food for this.
April 5th: City of Urbana Easter.
April 12th: DCASB VBS training from 9-noon, followed by lunch which will be provided by the DCASB. Please use the sign-up sheet in the foyer.
April 18th: Good Friday Service at 6 p.m.
April 20th: Easter Sunday, breakfast at 9:30 a.m. followed by Service at 11.
April 24th: DCASB Caleb’s Kids at Olive Point at 10 a.m.
April 25th & 26th: DCASB Ladies Retreat at Legacy Baptist Church.
May 3rd: DCASB Brotherhood Fish Fry at Macks Creek.
May 20th: DCASB Executive Board Meeting at 7 p.m. at Windyville.
