The Missons Committee is collecting new backpacks. Some stores still have them marked down. If you are able to purchase any please leave in the foyer.
New Horizons is requesting donations of men’s button down shirt, cotton blend, (no polyester or snaps), to make dresses for Dress A Girl. Any older, closet clean shirts would be appreciated. Please give any donations to Teresa Brown.

DCASB Ladies Bible Study Luke in the Land will be held on Tuesdays from October 21st through November 4th. It will be here 9:30-11:30.
Adults, please join us each Wednesday for a meal & fellowship at 5:30 p.m. followed by a video series called “Fire On the Mountain”, prayer and discussion.
October 23rd: Caleb’s Friends at Union Mound at 10 a.m. Enjoy a carry in lunch, fellowship, and message.
October 23rd: Fields of Grace free DCASB Ladies Event at Plad. Enjoy a pasta dinner, music, message, crafts, and book exchange.
October 23rd: Chili Fundraiser for John Edwards at Olive Point at 4:30 p.m.
October 25th: Annual Chili Fundraiser Dinner to benefit the Youth at 5:00 p.m. with chili & soup being served & a silent auction. Use the sign-up sheets to bring soup or chili and to provide items for the silent auction including desserts.
October 26th: Benefit Concert by County Men of Note at Prairie Chapel at 6 p.m. All proceeds will go towards their food pantry.
October 31st: City of Urbana Halloween, here at 5 p.m.
November 2nd: Daylight Savings Time. The Lord’s Supper will be observed.
November 5th—8th: Promise Point Revival with Dale Henderson at 7 p.m.
November 9th: Veteran’s Day Slideshow. Please submit pictures to Heather.
November 16th: Firefighter Appreciation Dinner at 5 p.m.
